At Vmake Online Gifts Shop, we pride ourselves on being a customer service-oriented company, dedicated to serving you with a smile!

We offer a return service even for customized products featuring your personalized information.

Return Policy

You have up to 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vmake.com.au with your order details. Returns should be sent to:

  1. 100% Refund: If the product has a factory defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  2. 80% Refund: If you are not satisfied with the actual product (e.g., if the color of the acrylic differs from the picture because of photography), please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs as per industry standards.

  3. Certain proportion of the purchase amount, such as 50% refund on agreement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

  1. If you receive the wrong item due to a factory error, let us know, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. We will inform you if you need to return the incorrect item, and if so, we will cover the shipping costs.

  2. If you wish to exchange an item for a redesign, the quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. As a general practice, customers bear the return shipping costs.
